Kansas the lone leader for Love

The trip to Arizona on Dec. 9 has been one of Dallas (Texas) Carter offensive guard Demarcus Love's most remembered trips, but then he came out with two different leaders in Arkansas and Kansas.
Now after his trip to Lawrence this past weekend, the 6-foot-5, 260-pound may not have two leaders any longer. That may be just one with KU out in front.
"It was real nice out there," Love said about his visit to KU. "It's a nice college town and just a good place overall. Most of the all they had great facilities and a really nice weight room. Plus, those coaches have been recruiting me from the beginning."

Love says that the Jayhawks may have a slight edge at this point.
"I think I like Kansas a little better now overall," Love said. "I just really like what I saw down there. I'm going to make a decision soon – probably this week. Coach Mark Mangino said that they're only going to take one or two more offensive linemen."
"Because of that, I'll have something ready soon."
Love was accompanied by his teammate and four-star Michael Crabtree. Both players apparently enjoyed their times.
"Yeah, Mike had a real good time here too," Love said. "We're both talking about going to the same school together. I know that he has more trips, but it's on our mind."
