Kansas on top for McGriff
Erick McGriff is a big wide receiver prospect from Tampa (Fla.) Jesuit. McGriff, 6-4 and 190 pounds, took a visit to Kansas earlier this month and he came home very impressed with the Jayhawks.
"It was nice and not as cold as I thought," McGriff said. "Everything is improving up there. They are a family there and they are all cool. I like all the coaches. They are young and they know what they are talking about. Right now Kansas is on top."

That has been McGriff's lone official visit so far. Over the summer he tripped to Georgia, Georgia Tech, Florida, Florida State, and Auburn.
"I may make a visit or two in January. Troy is a place where I am considering to check out.
Kansas and Troy have made in-home visits to McGriff this month.
McGriff just started his basketball season. So far he is averaging 15 points and seven rebounds.
