Topeka (Kan.) Hayden offensive lineman Nick Stringer was waiting for a vacation to end before he could end his recruiting process officially.

Now, a week after making his decision he has made things official.
“I talked to Coach (Bill) Snyder yesterday,” the 6-foot-6, 260-pound Stringer said. “He was excited when I got to tell him. We talked for a while and then we kind of made arrangements to get with the coaches later on and find out what kinds of programs I need to work on.”
Stringer had also received a scholarship offer from Oklahoma State. He also was considering Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
“It’s all done,” Stringer said of the recruiting process. “There is no looking at any other schools. I’m happy with my decision. I just wanted to get committed and have everything completed.”
