Kansas OL lands first offer

Overland Park (Kan.) St. Thomas Aquinas is one of the top talent producing schools in the Kansas City area, and it looks like the Saints are set to send another star to the next level.
Offensive lineman Jake Morin has landed his first scholarship offer, according to his mother, Jan Morin.

"He received his first offer yesterday from Army," Morin said. "He is very excited."
It could be the first of many more for Morin.
He currently is also getting interest from Boston College, Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Nebraska, Northwestern, Oklahoma, Iowa State and Wisconsin. Morin has taken unofficial visits this spring to both Missouri and Iowa State.
He also plans to be at Kansas' spring game this upcoming weekend.
"As far as camps, I'm not really sure right now," he said. "I think it'll be based on where I'm getting the most interest. If they're really interested, I'll camp with them. My schedule isn't real finalized at this point."
At the recent Rivals.com Five-Star Academy in Columbia, Mo., Morin measured in at a very solid 6-foot-5 ½ and 283 pounds.
