Kansas lineman makes choice

Scott City (Kan.) Scott Community offensive guard Guy Miller was considered one of the top 10 prospects in the state of Kansas entering the 2005 season. Now, the two-star rated prospect has decided where he will continue his football career.
"Guy is going to go to Colorado State," Miller's father Jim said. "He really felt at ease out there. They had him out for an official visit in December.

"He knows a few of their players and liked the ones he met. He also liked Fort Collins real well. He was out there for a camp this summer also. He got along with coaches and just felt it was the place for him."
The 6-foot-3, 267-pound Miller also was receiving attention from Air Force and New Mexico toward the end of the process.
"Air Force and New Mexico were also recruiting him pretty hard but Coach (Sonny) Lubick, Coach Arnold and Coach Funk just made him feel comfortable with their program and what they had in mind for him."
