Kansas juco star changes things
Garden City (Kan.) Community college linebacker/defensive end James Jackson was slated to make his first official visit this weekend. But a coaching change changed things.
"I was supposed to go to Oklahoma this weekend, but since coach Mangino was recruiting me, I haven't heard from OU since he left for Kansas," Jackson said.

"I'm still very interested in OU, but I'm more interested in the guys that are calling me all the time."
Those two teams appear to be Kansas - who was recruiting him before Mangino arrived in Lawrence - and Oklahoma State.
"Those are my top two," Jackson said. "I'm going to OSU this weekend for my visit and I'd like to get to Kansas too, but it looks like it'll be January now."
