Kansas JC LB holding three offers

Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College linebacker Barry Wright has generated quite a bit of interest from colleges in just a few games of his junior college career.
“I have only played three games here,” the 5-foot-11, 215-pound Wright said. “I redshirted last year. I will have three years to play starting next year.”

The three years of eligibility has drawn the interest of schools just like the talent Wright possesses.
“I’ve gotten calls from West Virginia, LSU, South Carolina, Clemson, Arkansas, Arizona, Marshall, TCU and Kansas,” he said. “They’ve all been interesting to talk to. I graduate in December and they are wanting to get me in for visits.”
In addition to those schools, the Pensacola, Fla. native has interest in Florida and Florida State.
“I like Florida, Florida State and LSU the most right now,” he said. “But, I need to check out all of them as much as I can. I currently have offers from South Carolina, West Virginia and LSU. The other schools have all told me they want to see how I play this fall before they offer.”
Wright isn’t going to be picky when it comes to choosing a school.
“I just want to go somewhere I can play,” he said. “That is my number one priority when I’m picking a school.”
