Kansas DT headed to the Big 12
Conway Springs, Kan. defensive tackle Phil Friess has made up his mind and is going to stay fairly close to home.
"There wasn't just any one thing that really stuck out about Oklahoma State," the 6-foot-5, 270-pound Friess said. "I just had a great time all around."

So was the visit good enough to allow him to come to a decision between Oklahoma State and Wyoming?
"Yes it was. I told Coach Miles I was going to come to Oklahoma State. It just was a good fit all the way around. I haven't called Wyoming yet though. I need to get that done today. I'll get them called and let them know so they can go on with their recruiting."
