Goodland, Kan. defensive end Jordan Bedore has received his first scholarship offer. But, he has several schools calling him.
“Tulsa offered me a scholarship last week,” the 6-foot-4, 250-pound Bedore said. “They have been recruiting me for quite a while.”

The phone at the Bedore household has been ringing with a regular basis.
“I have gotten calls recently from K-State, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Tulsa,” he said. “Tulsa is the only school to offer me a scholarship so far.”
Bedore has kept busy with unofficial visits this fall.
“I’ve been to a K-State game earlier this year,” he said. “And I am going to go to the Nebraska game this weekend. I’m also am going to try and get to a Missouri game later in the year.”
Despite the number of schools calling, Bedore does not have a favorite.
“There really is no favorite. I would kind of like to play in the Big 12, but if it doesn’t work out, then it doesn’t. I don’t want to walk on.”
Bedore has helped lead his Goodland squad to a 5-2 record. Despite being recruited as a defensive end, he also plays running back for his team.
“I should break 1,000 yards rushing this next game. But, despite that most schools are recruiting me as a defensive end.”
