Kansas DB reworks visit
Riley (Kan.) Riley County safety Jordy Nelson has one visit on the calendar.
"I was supposed to visit Kansas State on Dec. 20," the 6-foot-3, 200-pound Nelson said. "But they had to go to their bowl game so we had to reschedule it."

That visit is now set for Jan. 31.
"That seemed to work well for both of us to go that weekend. I'm also talking to Kansas about visiting there. They are going to get with me about setting up the date to go to Lawrence."
Previously, Nelson talked about not wanting to walk-on. But his tune has changed slightly.
"If nothing comes through in the way of a scholarship, that (walking on) could be a possibility. That's not my first choice, though."
