Kansas City DE isnt a sleeper anymore

It's time to officially take Aldon Smith out of the sleeper category.
The 6-foot-5, 235-pound defensive end from Raytown, Mo., went from being literally an unknown early in the process to sitting with three Big 12 offers before the spring evaluation period is over.

"My offers are Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas State," he said. "But Missouri, Kansas State, Kansas, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa State and Iowa are showing me interest. They've all been to the school to get my film and visit with my coach this spring."
Smith did take an unofficial visit to Mizzou for the spring game and there was some talk that he might commit some time shortly after that. But Smith said those talks are on hold.
"I like all the teams right now," he said. "I'm not narrowing it down yet. I was at Missouri for their spring game. It was real nice. I liked it up there. But I don't plan on making a decision until after my senior season."
Smith said he's now focused on getting through the summer months as a better player for his team.
"My goals for this season are just to do better than I did last year," he said. "I want to make a difference, I guess. I just get my name out there more and do what's best for the team. On defense I want to improve on getting off the ball faster. My biggest strengths are probably my intensity and my athleticism."
