Kansas athlete picks up first offers
La Cygne (Kan.) Prairie View athlete Brody Eldridge popped onto the recruiting scene late last month. Now, the scholarship offers are starting to come.
The 6-foot-5, 225-pound Eldrdige has received two scholarship offers recently according to his father, Walt.

“Brody has received a written offer from Oklahoma State and a verbal offer from TCU,” the elder Eldridge said. “He is going to visit the Kansas campus this morning (Wednesday).”
Eldridge did camp at Kansas State and Oklahoma State already and will visit the TCU campus later this month as well.
Prairie View coach Sterling Hudson believes whoever does receive a verbal commitment from his standout athlete will be getting a good player.
“Brody is a great athlete who really understands the game,” Hudson said. “I have coached bigger kids, faster kids and stronger kids, but never one kid that was this big, fast or strong. He is the best kept secret in Kansas.”
