Kaleopaa not rushing decision

Koa Kaleopaa has picked up offers from Ole Miss, Utah and Wyoming in the last couple weeks and the La Mirada, Calif., outside linebacker is still open to all possibilities in his recruitment.
The 6-foot-3, 250-pound three-star prospect who could play linebacker or defensive end in college said he hasn't seriously thought too much about the recruiting process and still wants to take his time before making a decision.

"I'm still keeping it open because I can't really decide right now," Kaleopaa said. "They're all Division I schools so I can't make up my mind. I haven't really thought hard about it to see their academics, their football and their campus life.
"It will cross my mind now and again but I really haven't seriously thought about making my decision yet."
So far, Kaleopaa has offers from Arizona, Arkansas, Cal, Colorado, Ole Miss, Utah and Wyoming.
One reason why the La Mirada standout does not want to make his commitment is because many other programs are showing interest.
Kaleopaa could wait until sometime in his senior year to decide because other college coaches have told him they'd like to see him in action before figuring out whether they'll offer or not.
Since the three-star is in no rush to make a decision, waiting for a few more months doesn't seem like a problem to him.
"It seems like some schools are waiting," Kaleopaa said. "A few of them said they're going to wait to see how I perform through a whole game. Highlight films just show certain plays but some coaches want to see how I perform every down."
