Justin Brown visits Penn State

Rivals250 wide receiver Justin Brown made his way to Penn State over the weekend. The Wilmington (Dela.) Concord wideout discussed his trip to State College and what is next.
"The visit went great," he said. "I got to see a lot of things, stay overnight and hang out with the players. It was great.
"I hung out with Derek Moye and a couple other players. He's cool. He's a really cool, laid back guy. He helped me out a lot since we play the same position.
"We talked a lot about football and I watched some film with Coach McQueary. I also got to tour the campus and facilities, everything was good."
On Saturday, Brown saw more of campus.
"I toured the campus, met with the academic advisors and had lunch with the players," he said. "I also talked to Coach McQueary and Coach Vanderlinden more. They both are cool and great guys.
"They also expressed the need for receivers. They sat the receivers in a room and talked about the position we'd be playing and how they'll use each of us. They set everything straight. Some coaches don't do that, but they told everybody the truth."
The 6-foot-3, 209-pound receiver met with head coach Joe Paterno to wrap up the trip on Sunday.
"That was good, it went well," he said. "He's a funny guy and really sincere. For a guy his age, he really knows everybody and is a player's coach."
From here, Brown believes a decision is forthcoming.
"I don't think I'll be taking anymore visits," he said. "It's really between Rutgers and Penn State.
"I'm not going to rush my decision. I'm pretty sure it may be before Signing Day. I'm going to pray about it and make sure I make the right decision because this isn't just four or five years, it's the next 20 or 30 years of my life."
