Justin Brown makes a decision

Forestville (Md.) Bishop McNamara weakside defensive end Justin Brown (6-foot-4, 225 pounds, 4.7-second 40-yard dash) took his last official visit this weekend, and after thinking it over for a couple hours has decided where he will attend college. He had it narrowed down to Notre Dame and Penn State, and after visiting each school over the last two weeks, one has come out victorious.
“What I plan to do is call Coach Willingham tonight or tomorrow and tell him I have committed to Notre Dame,” he commented. “It was just the type of visit. I liked it there.”

While he liked the visit to Notre Dame the best, he had tripped to Penn State this weekend before making up his mind.
“I liked both a lot, but I just liked Notre Dame more,” he said. “Penn State offered a lot of the same things as Notre Dame. It was just bigger.” He rated visit a nine and was hosted by sophomore defensive end Matt Rice from Baltimore.
Brown is excited about attending Notre Dame, and has just one obstacle to overcome.
“I am just waiting for my admittance to be complete,” he said. He has already applied to the university and is just waiting for things to become official. He does not expect any problems.
