Junior WR likes a trio of schools

When it comes to wide receivers, one of the most sought after prospects at this position in the Class of 2011 will be Charone Peake. Peake, 6-4 and 190 pounds, is from Dorman High School in Roebuck, South Carolina. He's having a big time year and Dorman gave one of the nation's very best teams a stern test last weekend.
"Things are going good right now," Peake said. "We are 8-1 on the season. We just played Byrnes and lost 17-10. They just got to our quarterback but we did play well defensively."

Peake finished with only one reception. But it was for 63 yards and a touchdown. For the season he has 33 receptions for 682 yards and eight touchdown receptions.
"I have been catching more balls this season then the past two years. We used to run so much and we are just passing more this season. I am catching the deep ball and I have good size and speed. I think I can do it all and fit into most offenses."
According to Peake he has "11 to12" scholarship offers including offers from teams like Florida, Georgia, Clemson, LSU, South Carolina, and Cal.
"The first school to offer was Clemson. That made me feel like all the hard work was paying off. I have seen games at Clemson, Georgia, and Florida. They all went real well and it's kind of exciting to think that will be me one day soon. I am really liking Clemson, Georgia and Florida right now.
"After that I am kind of open. I am looking at (offensive) scheme, how comfortable I am with the coaches and players and with the university in general both on and off the field."
This weekend Dorman takes on Spartanburg.
