Size and speed: Gonzalez is 6-foot-0 and 187 pounds. He has been timed at 4.37 in the 40-yard dash.
Statistics: Gonzalez made 53 tackles and picked off six passes during his junior season. He also caught 42 passes and scored 10 times. Gonzalez has a 3.6 GPA.
Favorite Schools: Ohio State
Skinny: Gonzalez is one of the top prospects in the state of Ohio as well as the Midwest. He could play on either side of the ball in college and already has a number of scholarship offers.
"I'm definitely interested in Ohio State," Gonzalez said. "And Maryland, Virginia, Northwestern, and Notre Dame."
"My brother goes to Indiana, but I'm not real interested in them."
"My dad went to Michigan, he was a running back there. I went to Michigan's junior day, and Ohio State's and Northwestern's."
"I went back to Ohio State last weekend. It was really nice. I got a tour of the new business school and the stadium. Coach (Mel) Tucker took us around. And I talked to coach Tressel."
"I'm probably actually going to commit to Ohio State pretty soon. They talked about both cornerback and wide receiver, but I think I'd want to try cornerback first there."
