Skinny: Catterton is rising on the recruiting boards of many after a strong junior season. He was invited to Junior Days at Tennessee, Virginia, Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, Syracuse, Maryland, Michigan State and others and should have some impressive offers after the May evaluation period.
“I grew up following Notre Dame,” he said. “But I like all of my top six teams. Tennessee has a constant chance at winning it all, UVA has NFL coaching experience, Notre Dame has great tradition, VTech is always competing at a high level, Maryland has a great new coaching staff and Michigan State is always a winning program.”
Catterton describes his play as “aggressive” and isn’t sure when he’ll make a verbal commitment. He also plays baseball and qualifying won’t be a problem with his 3.54 GPA.
