Skinny: Preston is just a great athlete that has the ability to play either offense or defense at the next level. He is considered one of the top players in the Garden State this year. Older brother Melik will be playing defensive end for the North Carolina Tar Heels next fall and Preston is now ready to make his own noise.
"I'm looking forward to having a great season. We have a very talented team so it should be another great year for us. We have a lot of pressure, but that's a good thing."
Preston has already taken the SAT test and scored 1100. With his 3.8 GPA he will have no problem qualifying and that makes him look even more enticing to college recruiters. He has already received interest from more than 25 programs and has an offer from his home state school, Rutgers.
With his brother Melik heading to North Carolina next year, will Preston follow?
"I don't think so. It would be nice to play with my brother, but I think I'd rather play against him."
