Skinny: Mason is one of the top wideouts in North Carolina this year. He combines awesome speed with good hands and a flair for the dramatic. He already has offers from North Carolina and East Carolina and expects NC State to offer soon. Although UNC is his favorite, he recently had a good time at the NC State Junior Day this past weekend.
“It was a lot of fun,” he said. “Based on the way my recruiting coach was talking to me, I think they’ll offer soon. It’s a really cool place.”
However, the Tar Heels have the early lead.
“When I first visited North Carolina, I loved the atmosphere,” he said. “Just being around the coaches and players gives me a good feeling.”
Mason will camp at North Carolina, East Carolina, NC State and Notre Dame this summer.
