Junior to Watch: Matthew Holler

School: North Arlington, N.J.

Position: Linebacker

Size and speed: Matt is 6-foot-3, 235 pounds and runs a 4.9-second 40-yard dash.

Statistics: Last season Matt made 90 tackles from his inside linebacker position. He also had two sacks, two fumble recoveries and one interception. He also played fullback and had 300 rushing yards with two touchdowns.

Honors: All-conference

Favorite Schools: No favorites at this time, but he has been contacted by Rutgers, Boston College, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Virginia, Penn State and Georgia Tech.

Skinny: Matt is a very big linebacker who moves well for his size. It wouldn't be a surprise to see him even play on the defensive line at the next level if he continues to grow. For now, Matt is concentrating on getting stronger and faster during the off-season and loves to play inside linebacker. He has a great nose for the ball and runs well for a big man.

"I'm working out hard, getting ready for my senior year. I know I need to have a great season so I'm gearing up for it."

Matt has great size and is a very good athlete. That alone should bring him a lot of interest as the recruiting process continues to heat up. Keep you eyes and ears open for more news about this recruit.
