Size and speed: Maizel is 6-foot-5 and 275 pounds. He has been timed at 5.2 in the 40-yard dash.
Statistics: Maizel was a starter for Lowellville (Ohio) during his sophomore season before transferring to Ursuline for his junior year. He has a 2.5 GPA.

Skinny: Maizel is drawing interest from many schools and has been invited to a number of junior recruiting days.
"I'm interested in Ohio State, Iowa sends a lot of letters, Michigan, Michigan State, Central Michigan," Maizel said. "And Penn State and Notre Dame."
"I made it to Michigan's and Ohio State's junior days. And Penn State and Notre Dame invited me to their junior days."
"I'm going to Ohio State's camp for sure. And I'm going to go to either the Nike camp at Michigan State or the one at Penn State."
