Position: Wide Receiver/Tight End
Size and speed: Kyle Ingraham is 6-foot-8 and he weighs 210 pounds. He has a 40-yard dash time of 4.75 seconds.
Statistics: Last season he had 49 receptions for 815 yards (16.63 yards per catch average) and he caught 10 of them for touchdowns.
Honors: He made first team all-district and second team all-city last year as a wide receiver.
Favorite Schools: He is hearing from Oklahoma State to play basketball. For football, he is hearing from “Iowa, Texas A&M, UCLA, Stanford, Arizona.” He has also gotten letters from Texas Tech, Kansas, Kansas State, Colorado, Oklahoma State, Boston College, Vanderbilt and West Virginia.
Ingraham has a clear favorite at this time.
“I’m mostly interested in Arizona. Both of my parents went there. My dad was an All-Pac 10 football player.” His mother played inter-collegiate sports at Arizona too.
The other teams that he likes are “Texas, UCLA, Stanford and Texas A&M.”
Skinny: He will be attending a summer camp at Arizona, Texas and a Nike camp.
“I’m not sure,” he said about whether he might commit at the Arizona camp, if he is offered there.
His parents would like him to go to Arizona, but they will support him wherever he goes.
His height makes it quite difficult to defend against him, but also “I have good hands and big hands, so that I can catch all of the balls thrown to me.”
“I can jump over all of the DBs, that try to cover me.”
He knows that he will need to put on some weight, but he is working hard in the weight room. His maximum bench is 215 pounds and his maximum squat is 420 pounds. He has a 29-inch vertical leap.
His grade point average on a 4.0 scale is about 3.74 at this time.
