Junior to Watch: Joe Flacco
School: Audubon, N.J.
Size and speed: Joe is 6-foot-5, 200 pounds and has run a 4.6-second 40-yard dash.
Statistics: Last season Joe threw for 1,790 yards and 15 touchdowns. He completed 110 passes on 220 attempts and also scored two rushing touchdowns. For his two seasons as a starter, he has passed for more than 3,000 yards and 23 touchdowns.
Favorite Schools: Joe does not list a favorite for now, but has been contacted by more than 25 schools. He does an offer from Rutgers and schools such as Virginia, Maryland, Boston College, Miami, Penn State, Michigan and Michigan State among others have contacted him.
Skinny: Joe is another top signal-caller from New Jersey and will be considered one of the top quarterback prospects in the east. He is labeled by college recruiters as a pocket passer who can move around the pocket if need be.

His 4.6-second speed in the 40-yard dash gives him a lot of mobility and he has a very strong arm. College recruiters see him as a player with great potential and that is why the big boys are calling.
As the recruiting season begins to get hot and heavy, expect Joe to receive more offers by the end of the summer.
