Texas: "One of the top recruiting classes. They have a good team, and I have friends and family who have gone there and recommended them. On March 30th I'm going to visit there for a junior orientation or a spring practice type thing."
Texas A&M: "They emphasized character and academics. It wasn't just about football, when I visited for my junior orientation."
Louisiana State: "I want to visit to learn more about them."
Miami: "Well, of course, they're the national champions, and I would like to visit to learn more. If their academics are as good as their athletics, they would be a good place for me to go."
Skinny: "Distance will not be a factor, as I am looking at academics, graduation rate, and how I fit in with the coaching staff and players."
"I never give up and I'm always looking for the better."
He described himself as "a leader and crunch player."
"I take little bits from the best(professional) players and do it better."
He plans to attend the Nike camp at Texas A&M on May 4 and Texas A&M's camp.
He plans to major in business.
When asked who his toughest opposing player was, he said, "there was no one player. I was always double or triple teamed."
He has set his sports goals as winning the state championship for the team and his personal goal as having a 40-yard dash time of 4.5 seconds, a bench of 405 pounds, and a squat of 550 pounds by the time he graduates.
He currently benches 315 pounds, squats 450 pounds, has a vertical leap of 30 inches, and a core GPA of 3.2 and he will take the ACT in April and the SAT in May.
