Junior to Watch: Haneiff Rodriguez

School: Brick, N.J.

Position: Running back

Size and speed: Haneiff is 5-foot-10 and weighs 180 pounds. He runs a 4.5 second 40-yard dash.

Statistics: 77 carries for 515 yards with 10 touchdowns as a junior. He also made 50 tackles from his outside linebacker position.

Honors: Honorable mention all-conference.

Favorite Schools: None at this time. He is receiving interest from Iowa, Boston College, North Carolina, Georgia Tech, Penn State and Oregon.

Skinny: The legendary Warren Wolf, one of the most well-known and respected high school coaches in the country, coaches his high school team. Last season Haneiff was not the feature back and therefore did not get as many carries as he would have liked, but still managed to rush for 515 yards on just 77 attempts. This season, Haneiff should see the ball twice as much and that will bring him more publicity.

Haneiff also plans on attending a few college camps this summer so that college recruiters have the opportunity to see him in action.

"I'm gonna hit a few camps in the summer. I just feel that I need a little more exposure before the season starts. I'm working hard and looking forward to a great senior year."
