Position: Athlete and Dual-threat quarterback
Size and Speed: Billy Pittman is 6-foot and 180 pounds. He has a 40-yard dash time of 4.4 seconds and a vertical leap of 33 inches.
Statistics: His stats were not available at this time
Honors: He made all district co-MVP and second team All Brazos Valley (area)
Favorite Schools: He is hearing from "Texas, Texas A&M, TCU, Baylor, LSU, SMU, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Iowa, Iowa State, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Colorado, Kansas, Kansas State, Boston College, Alabama, Houston, UCLA, Stanford, CAL, Arizona, Kentucky, Texas Tech," and others.
At this time he didn't know who was recruiting the hardest or who would be the favorite.
He would like to make his visits to:
1. Texas - "It's lose to home and I have relatives in the area."
2. Texas A&M - "The same reason."
3. Baylor - "Because it's close to home."
4. TCU - "When I went to camp there, the coaches were nice, and I liked them."
Skinny: Pittman said that his strong points are, "My speed and quickness." He compared his style of play to Michael Vick of the Atlanta Falcons.
"Distance could be a factor. I just want to get an education and play football. I don't really know what will set the schools apart at this time."
He has attended camp at TCU and Texas A&M. He plans to attend camps at TCU, Texas, Texas A&M, Baylor, and possibly Houston this summer.
He would like to major either in kinesiology or sports medicine, and has set his sports goals as a state championship and making the All State team.
When asked about his toughest opposing player he replied, "I can't really pick a particular player out of all the good players I've played against."
He also plays basketball and baseball, though scholarships are probably not likely for those sports.
