Favorite Schools: He is hearing from Oklahoma, Baylor, Kansas, Texas A&M, Colorado, Wyoming, Stanford, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Iowa, Syracuse, Boston College, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Vanderbilt, and LSU in a hand written letter.
Baylor is recruiting the hardest and "LSU" is an early favorite right now.
If he could take his official visits, he would like to go to:
Louisiana State - "For some reason, though I'm not sure why I like LSU at this time. I want to check it out and see what it's like there."
Colorado - "It would be a neat place to live and they usually have a good team."
Oklahoma - "They got a national championship recently and I'm sure that I would like everything there."
Nebraska - "To see what they are about, because of their winning tradition."
Florida - "For the same reasons as Nebraska."
Skinny: "My speed, ability to react to the read quickly and height are my advantages."
He described himself as: "A blitzing run stopper" and he compared his style of play to Dexter Coakley of the Dallas Cowboys.
"Distance will be a factor, because I'd really like to stay in Texas, though if a good school gives me a good offer I'll consider it."
"I'm going to look at what the offer for education is and the attitude surrounding football in general. I have a brother attending Texas A&M."
He attended camp at Texas A&M and plans to attend Texas, though he hasn't really looked into them yet.
His dream school would be Texas because, "it's in Texas and I've watched them play on TV so I know that they have a good program. My parents want me to stay pretty close to home if possible."
He will probably major in business and has set his sports goal as all-state honors for this season.
Geib benches 265 pounds, squats 365 pounds, has a 31 inch vertical leap.
He has a 3.52 cumulative GPA.
