Junior Tampa OT with big offers

Chaz Green is blowing up. This junior offensive tackle prospect from Tampa (Fla.) Catholic High School, has received several big offers over the last week or so. Green, now 6-6 and 292, has gotten offers from Florida, Southern Cal and Tennessee.
"It's been a good week for me," Green said. "There are more college's are on me. I am kind of surprised because I missed a good portion of the season (high ankle sprain). I guess it's a big shock for me."

USF was Green's first offer. Michigan was his second offer and then the floodgates have opened.
"I honestly don't know much about Michigan. I met with their OL coach (Greg Frey) and I know they do like me. And I think I can play early there.
"I talked with the OL (Pat Ruel) coach at USC. Southern Cal seems to win the Rose Bowl each year. That's a big deal. They draw the best players and I like them a whole lot.
"Of all the schools I know Florida the best. I went to their junior day last weekend. I talked with coach (Urabn) Meyer, coach (Steve) Adazzio, coach (Dan) McCarney. They just won another national championship and they have a really good program. I like them a whole lot.
"I talked with coach (David) Reaves at Tennessee. They are in a rebuilding process. They now have Lane Kiffin and Monte Kiffin. To get an offer from them is big."
Green has not scheduled any upcoming junior day visits.
