Junior offensive tackle R.J. Dill out of Camp Hill (Pa.) Trinity is already garnering some serious recruiting attention. The 6-foot-8, 270-pounder even holds one offer already at this time.
"Currently I have an offer from Maryland," he said. "I went down there twice for games and it was real interesting. I like the school, it's big and different. I also do like that they are close to home. They're definitely up there for me probably in my top three."
Besides the Terrapins, the 2008 lineman is getting plenty of other looks.
"I'm hearing from Penn State, Michigan, Louisville, Boston College, West Virginia, Connecticut, Duke, Notre Dame, Syracuse and Kansas," he said. "I'd say my favorites amongst those schools are Michigan, Maryland, Penn State, West Virginia and Louisville.
"I like West Virginia because they are a run blocking team and run the ball a lot. I get a lot of letters from Louisville and I like the offense they run. Penn State is obviously down the road and close to home. Meanwhile, Michigan I've been on a trip there and I love their campus and the Big House."
Dill helped Trinity to a 9-3 season last year and an appearance in the district playoffs. He went on to earn first team all-conference honors.
This spring Dill is looking at going to the Penn State Nike Camp and possibly the Elite College Combine.
