Junior LB takes a couple of visits

Junior linebacker Brandon Bell of Mays Landing (N.J.) Oakcrest has become one of the more dominating two way players in South Jersey. His strong play has begun to catch the attention of several East Coast programs, including Rutgers which he visited last weekend.
"Recruiting is pretty good," said Bell, who is 6-foot-1 and 216-pounds. "I was just up at Rutgers for their game. Rutgers and Boston College have also asked for game footage."

Bell, who has attended two Rutgers games this fall, gave his thoughts on his game experience for the most recent game against Pittsburgh.
"It was nice," said Bell. "They pretty much dominated Pitt. I liked the atmosphere there and the crowd was crazy."
While he does not have any further visits scheduled, Bell is hoping to visit Boston College, Connecticut and Temple this fall when his schedule allows him. During the summer he also attended camps at Rutgers and Temple.
Playing inside linebacker and running back this fall, Bell is excited with how his game has improved.
"I'm leading the team in tackles and sacks so far," said Bell. "I feel I'm stronger and more physical, and I like being in the middle position this year."
Bell has approximately "65 to 75" tackles so far this season, three sacks and one interception.
