Junior DT has three verbal offers

One of the top defensive linemen to hail from New York in recent memory is a Class of 2012 prospect that has already received three verbal offers.
At 6-foot-6 and 305-pounds Jarron Jones could actually play on either side of the ball once he gets to college.

As he has already found out having spoken to coaches from different schools, there isn't a consensus opinion regarding what position he is best suited for at the next level.
"I have verbal offers from Boston College, Connecticut and Rutgers," Jones told Rivals.com on Sunday afternoon.
"Boston College and I think Connecticut want me to be an offensive tackle. Everyone else is recruiting me as a defensive tackle."
This fall at Rochester (N.Y.) Aquinas Institute, Jones registered 68 tackles (32 solo), 14 tackles for loss and 10 sacks. He also picked off one pass and recovered a fumble for a touchdown.
"I hear a lot from Penn State and I've also heard from Pitt and Syracuse. Those are the main ones that have come to visit me so far," he added.
Jones said he has not visited any colleges yet. He doesn't have any favorite schools at this point.
