Junior drawing plenty of early interest

Euclid, Ohio, junior Thaddeus Gibson is a talented outside linebacker who recruiters are already well aware of.
The 6-foot-3, 205 pound Gibson registered 12 sacks and had 16 quarterback hurries this season. He also intercepted two passes.

Gibson is the fastest player on his team, bench presses 300 pounds, and is also a starter on the varsity basketball team.
"He's a special player," Euclid football coach Mike Rezzolla said. "He'll be one of the top kids in the state next season.
"Everybody in the Midwest is interested. And some southern schools.
"I think he has some interest in Ohio State. He went down to LSU's camp. Notre Dame is showing interest."
Providing he takes care of things academically, Gibson should have plenty of fine colleges to choose from before he finishes his high school football career.
