Junior ATH Valles drawing interest

Hammonton (N.J.) St. Joseph athlete Max Valles is a name you may not have heard of before, but plenty of college coaches seem to be well aware of him.
The 6-foot-5, 208-pound rangy athlete from the Garden State has heard from Rutgers, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Temple, Boston College and Villanova, among others.

Valles has helped St. Joseph's to a 3-1 mark on the season and his team won their most recent game 35-0.
He has been lining up at defensive end and wide receiver, but only time will tell what position he will be best suited for in college. Though it's not clear what position he will play in college he already has a couple of dream schools in mind.
"I'd like to go to Rutgers or Penn State," he said. "They're both nice colleges and have great football teams and academics."
Valles said the two schools he has visited are Temple and Rutgers. He enjoyed both visits and said he thoroughly enjoyed meeting the coaches at each school, who all seemed to like him.
