Miami (Okla.) Northeastern Oklahoma A&M receiver Tank Boulware has made up his mind and he’s decided that playing ball at a smaller school is what he wants to do.
“I’m going to Appalachian State,” Boulware said. “I’m going on my visit in January, and then I’ll sign in February.”
