Juco TE set to visit The Swamp

With so many big rivalry games going on this weekend, one of the biggest is the Florida-Florida State game in The Swamp. With that in mind, Florida looks like it’s going to bring in several key recruits for a visit.
This includes, three-star junior college tight end Brent Hecht of Butler County (Kan.) Community College.

“I’m really looking forward to it,” Hecht, who is 6-foot-4 and 250 pounds, said. “I’m just a small-town boy from Kansas, so it should be really neat to see what it’s like in The Swamp. It should be a heck of an experience.”
Hecht, who had 11 receptions and one touchdown this season, is also being recruited by Louisiana Lafayette, Middle Tennessee and New Mexico. However, if the Gators were to offer him this weekend, it might end the process.
“You can’t get any better than the SEC,” he said.
Hecht will visit UF with teammate and Gator commitment Jeremy Mincey.
