Juco TE picks TCU

El Dorado (Kan.) Community College three-star tight end Brent Hecht said he’s decided to sign with TCU on Wednesday, the first day that mid-term junior college prospects can sign national letters of intent. He picked TCU over East Carolina.
“I took my visits to both schools, but in the end TCU is a really nice school and a good football program,” Hecht, who is 6-foot-4 and 250 pounds, said. “The tight end situation isn’t the best for me because they have a junior and a senior ahead of me, but I know where ever I go there will be competition. I’m just excited about finally knowing where I’m going.”
Hecht said he will be able to suit out for the bowl game this month and will be on the sidelines cheering on his new team.
