“Arizona was pretty nice,” Tafisi said. “I had a nice time out there and from the looks of things, Arizona could be an up and coming program.”
“I was tempted to commit to Arizona,” Tafisi said. “I will probably only take a couple more trips. I want to something to compare Arizona to.”
Oregon State is next on Tafisi’s traveling itinerary when he shows up on the Corvallis campus this coming weekend on December 3rd.
Arizona State is next on his menu when he visits Tempe on December 10th and his next scheduled visit will be to Boise State December 17th.
“I have two in-house visits this week” Tafisi said. “The schools are Arizona and Oregon State. One school will be in on Wednesday and the other will be in on Thursday. I just not sure what school is visiting on what night”.
Tafisi has offers from Arizona, ASU, Oregon State, Cal, Utah and Boise State.
The scouting report on Tafisi has a non-stop motor that had to fight through double and triple teams all season long. He still racked up 59 tackles, 23 tackles for loss and 14 sacks.
Tafisi’s outstanding sophomore season saw him be selected Defensive Player of the Year.
Tafisi is working hard to be available by January. He has three years to play two.
