Juco star has impressive offers

It’s hard to miss a guy that is 6-foot-6, 315 pounds, but that’s exactly what Rivals.com did. But Rivals.com isn’t missing him anymore.
Howard Brissette, a sophomore at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., has received scholarship offers from Iowa State, Syracuse, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Arizona State and North Carolina State among others.

He’s only scheduled one official visit – to Iowa State on Nov. 23.
“I’ll probably set up one or two more visits for after our junior college bowl game (Dec. 1),” Brissette said. “I’m going to sign (a letter of intent) in December, so I really don’t have much time for visits.”
Brissette did not know which “other” team he would visit.
Brissette played his high school ball at Las Vegas’ El Dorado High School. He was born and raised in Indiana.
He will have three years to play two, and is expected to enroll in the spring at the school of his choice.
