JUCO route for Louisiana OL
One of the top linemen in Louisiana may have to look in
the JUCO route if the academic side of things don't develop for him soon.

"As of right now, if I sign in February, I'm looking at
Tulane and Southern University," said
Tommy Jones, a 6-foot-2, 280-pound guard from Lake Charles'
Washington-Marion High School. "But if that doesn't work out, I'm probably going
to go to Tyler Junior College in Texas. That may end up being best for me,
anyway, where I can play and keep working hard."
Jones said he'll visit Tulane on Jan. 17 and Southern on
Jan. 21 for a mid-week trip.
He's also received attention from the other Louisiana
schools and Oklahoma State, but says he's not sure if he'll visit any of them.
