Juco QB tall, talented

In keeping in line with the growing size of quarterbacks in football, Mt. San Antonio College quarterback Dominic Breazeale might be the biggest quarterback in all of college football in 2005. Breazeale stands at 6-foot-7, 245 lbs and runs the 40-yard dash in under 4.8 seconds.
Arizona State, San Diego State and Wyoming have been the early school looking at Breazeale, but likely, the line for his services will grow once the word gets out on the talented sophomore. Breazeale would like to play in the Pac-10, but more importantly wants to go to a school where he can play right away.

"Pac 10 would be great, I was always a UCLA fan growing up," said Breazeale. "Ultimately, I'm going to pick a school where I have a chance to play."
Breazeale was a standout player at Alhambra High School and was recruited by UTEP, Arizona State and Washington State. However, he failed to qualify academically and was forced to go the junior college route. He split time with Adam Ernst (U of Minnesota) as a freshman in 2003, throwing two touchdowns versus Moorpark College in his first game as a freshman. He sat out the 2004 season and now is working on improving his footwork.
"I want to get quicker with my feet," said Breazeale. "They're good right now, but I'd like to get them even better."
Breazeale is scheduled to graduate with his AA degree in December and will transfer with two years left to play two years of football.
