Juco OL enjoys visit

Cerritos (Calif.) College offensive center Tom Robinson is going to wait one more week for a decision.
The 6-foot-5, 290-pound Robinson is one of the California junior college system’s top offensive centers this year.

“Tom has very good feet for a man of his size,” Cerritos assistant coach Tom Caines said. “He is being recruited by a lot of schools, but Kansas State has been involved with him about as long as any of them."
Robinson enjoyed himself on his visit to the midwest.
“I had a great time on my visit,” Robinson said. “The question with K-State is more of a when I can go, instead of an if I can go. They are waiting to find out if a couple guys get their grades I some classes to finish up their degrees this semester. If they do, then they will graduate and go off of scholarship and free up a spot for me. If they don’t graduate, then they’ll have to wait for me to go on until after the next semester because they would have more on scholarship than allowed if they put me on. I haven’t made up my mind yet, but I will next Sunday. I’m going to visit San Diego State this coming weekend (Dec. 20).”
