City College of San Francisco blue chipper Lance Mitchell has finished taking official visits and he's made a final decision.
Now it's simply time for him to announce that decision.

"I know where I'm going but I'm going to wait to say anything until Wednesday," Mitchell said from his mother's home on Monday afternoon.
Mitchell returned late last night from an official visit to Florida.
Wednesday is the first day that mid-year junior college prospects can sign letters of intent. Mitchell will be a mid-year graduate and will have three years to play two at the school of his choice.
"I'll tell you that it all came down to my last three visits - Oklahoma, Texas and Florida."
"The number one factor was playing time. I'm a Mike (middle) linebacker and I think all of them are pretty equal in terms of playing time.
"So then it came down to schedule and the conference I would play in and what school I generally liked the best."
Mitchell is a two-time all-league performer as a linebacker and an All-America selection this year, as well as a five-star rated prospect by Rivals100.com.
He also visited Washington and USC but said that he is no longer interested in staying in the Pac 10.
Mitchell is 6-foot-2, 240 pounds with reported 4.6-second 40-yard dash speed.
He says all of the schools involved have offered him a scholarship.
