JUCO DT is a run stopper

Rivals.com has already introduced you Fullerton (Calif.) College defensive tackle Gabe Long (6-4, 280, 4.76). There is another defensive tackle at Fullerton College that is getting recruiting interest from D-I schools.
The defensive tackle that teams up with Long is Johnny O’Quinn (6-3, 310, 5.3).

UNLV, Utah, Colorado State, New Mexico, UTEP and Fresno State have shown recruiting interest in O’Quinn.
“Johnny is a run stopper and a gap plugger,” Fullerton College defensive line coach said. “He is very hard to knock off the ball.”
“Johnny plays the one gap tech for us and he really clogs things up for us,” Crooks said. “Another thing that Johnny has going for him is he’s very quick for his size.”
Fullerton head coach Gene Murphy is very high on his “other” defensive tackle.
“Johnny doesn’t look like a football player with his awkward looking body,” Murphy said. “But boy does he get the job done.”
One of the things that makes O’Quinn even more attractive to D-I schools is he has a very good chance of graduating in December if everything goes alright in the classroom.
O’Quinn played his high school football at Moreno Valley in the very tough Inland Empire section of Southern California.
