The 6-foot-3, 265-pound defensive lineman previously visited Boise State and was asked to compare the two visits.
"Both are great football towns," he said. "The only difference is the weather and Tampa is a bigger city, so there is more stuff to do."
Before departing, Lee got to meet one-on-one with Bulls head coach Jim Leavitt.
"It was real good (to talk with Leavitt)," he said. "He really cares about his players and stuff like that."
Lee is scheduled to visit Oregon State (Jan. 13) and Auburn (Jan. 27). He is deciding between Utah and Michigan State for his fifth and final visit.
Defensive line coach Earl Lane is recruiting Lee for South Florida.
Lee is originally from New Orleans and played high school football at George Washington Carver High. He will have three years to play two seasons when he graduates in May.
