JuCo DB with two offers

A Junior College standout from California is Tremaine McKenzie. McKenzie, 6-1 and 210 pounds, plays safety for Weed (CA) College of the Siskiyous. He played his high school ball in the Sunshine State for Bradenton (Fla.) Prep Academy.
"Tremaine has gotten two scholarship offers," said his father, John McKenzie. "Colorado and Memphis have offered him. Teams like TCU, Missouri, West Virginia, Cal and Rutgers are showing interest and I would say TCU is showing strong interest."

McKenzie recorded 33 tackles, one interception and had eight pass breakups this season. He will have four years to play three. He played his junior season at St. Petersburg (Fla.) Catholic before graduating from Bradenton Prep.
"He was a qualifier going in (to Junior College ball). He decided he wanted to play this season instead of sitting out and see what happens. Right now he is deciding on who to visit when. We know things need to happen quickly because his semester ends soon. He hopes to enroll next month."
McKenzie's brother, Jermaine, plays at the University of Miami.
