Juco DB looking at several schools
Butler County (Kan.) Community College cornerback David Irons has a school at the top of his list. But, he’s got some others there, too.
“Auburn is at the top of my list right now,” the 6-foot-1, 185-pound Irons said. “I am also looking at Tennessee, Michigan, Georgia and South Carolina.”

The native of Dacula, Ga. signed with Auburn out of high school and had planned on enrolling at the SEC school for the 2003 season.
“I visited there last year and was all set to go back,” he said. “Then I had to come back for a semester. I will be done in December.”
Irons earned first-team All-Jayhawk Conference honors in 2003 and is a candidate for All-American honors.
“I will work on my visits after I find out when our bowl game is,” he said. “We have a game this weekend, first. Then, I plan on visiting several schools, but I don’t have any visits set up yet.”
