Jordan updates his recruitment

One of the most talented offensive linemen in the Midwest's 2016 class, Plymouth (Mich.) three-star Michael Jordan enters the off-season with several offers and plenty of college attention.
"I have three current offers - Michigan State, Ohio State and Michigan," Jordan said. "I am being recruited by Notre Dame and talk to their coaches. I am getting letters from (other) places, but haven't talked to their coaches yet."

The offer from Michigan State is the most recent for the 6-foot-6, 290-pound Jordan and he made his second game visit to East Lansing this past weekend.
"It was great, everybody was ecstatic," Jordan said of the Michigan State visit. "I always watch the o-line (and) I was impressed with their left tackle. He was really good."
Jordan's next game visit will be to Ohio State the weekend of Nov. 29. He received his offer from the Buckeyes after participating in their Friday Night Lights camp in July and has maintained close contact with their coaching staff.
"I was actually getting ready to call them," Jordan said. "To me, they seem like more of a family. Ohio State and Michigan seem like more of a family to me because they talk to me more than Michigan State does on a regular basis."
Jordan was virtually unknown on the national college football recruiting scene until he started working out at college camps this past summer. His progression continued during a 7-3 junior campaign with Plymouth.
"This season I think I got a lot better overall with my footwork in the run game and the pass game," Jordan said. "I think I improved everywhere."
