Jones waiting on first SEC offer
Right now class of 2015 Memphis (Tenn.) Trezevant running Jamal Jones has three offers from smaller schools, but he's hoping new interest will lead to his first FBS offers.
"I've been talking to Mississippi State, Tennessee and Vanderbilt," Jones said. "Things are starting to pick up."

The school showing the most interest is Mississippi State, who have done a nice job of recruiting the Memphis area recently.
"I don't know too much about them but I'm getting to know them more," Jones said. "I'm going to their junior day on Feb. 22 and I'm exciting to see the campus."
The one school Jones is really hoping joins his offer list, though is Tennessee. The Vols recently stopped in to see him at his school and appear to be showing more interest.
"They like what I can do as a running back," Jones aid. "Coach Elder came by my school a few weeks ago and we're really developing a relationship. I hope that's an offer I can get."
