Jones to make decision this week
Tyrone (Ga.) Sandy Creek defensive end Fred Jones made an official visit to Marshall during the weekend and is closing in on a final decision.
"I am going to make my decision Wednesday," Jones said.

Jones is considering the Thundering Herd, Indiana and Central Florida. The 6-foot-4, 220-pounder enjoyed his official visit to Huntingdon during the weekend and says that Marshall did a great job to draw even with the Hoosiers, who led following last weekend's official visit to Bloomington.
"Everybody is even right now," Jones said. "Marshall is nice. They have nice looking facilities, a nice business school and everything."
Jones is a two-star rated prospect by Rivals.com.
